Shipping and Returns
Orders received by 1 pm EST will be processed and shipped same day. If received after 1 pm EST orders will be shipped the next business day. Orders received on Canadian public holidays (no postal service) will be sent the next business day. We know you are anxious to receive your "Fierce Finds" so we do our best to ship as soon as possible.
With a Free Shipping promotion, orders are mailed out using Canada Post's most economical and trackable service. Once your order has left us we want to keep our eyes on it's location until you have received it. Getting your goodies to you timely and safely is important to us.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving you order, so please try on your garments as soon as possible.
Please email: Returns@letsgetdressednow.com to get a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, unworn and unwashed and in the same sale-able condition that you received them, with tags attached.
Gift cards are not returnable
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
It is strongly advised to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is not trackable.
